yes, I know that also means something other too...something bad...BUT here that traffic sign means that parking cars to that area is strongly forbiten, with one only diagonal line means that car parking is forbiten again but for lot of time...free for a couple of minutes...

Hmmm. strange sign. Strange in that it really doesn't explain much except NO. Excellent photograph to consider selective de-saturation, though. Allows for the sign to really stand out.
