Hi my dear Nicki !!! I did play hookey Nicki and I have left my job too.... I think it is the best thing for now I will explain more later- --
I am lucky that I can afford too...it was too far away crossing the mountain and it snows there in the winter......
Anyway Thank YOU my dear for the very kind comment - We did have nice HOT weather and I could not help myself from playing hookey:))

Hi Michele. As mentioned already, don't change lenses on a windswept beach! Great scene here, though the central horizon line ( *cough* ) isn't my favorite. :p
I do like the foreground quite a bit. On aperture setting here still I see . . . you might want to stay on shutter priority (except for sunrise/sunset shots) so you can decide how you want the water to look. You have a tripod? If you want the smooth, misty look of a slower shutter . . . you can try a 1 sec. shot . . . but the secret is to wait until the wave has come all the way in . . . and is about to go out to click the shot. It gives the greatest impact from that kind of shot and I only JUST discovered it makes a serious difference in the result as to where the wave was - duhhhh - obvious to me now . . . so I'm cluing you in early . . . why wait years like I did, huh? Great lens there! Windswept beaches always look SO clean! :)

I wish You could walk on this beach right now too --It is a heat wave like in Maui right now
!!!! Everyone is happy it is in the high 80 degree's low 90 degrees here which it has NEVER been in decades...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am loveing it too - I might play hookey today from work --- This is soooo rare ....but I always feel badly to tell a lie :(( I must find a way that is not a lie --hahaha!!!

Oh no*LOL* My mother and I also experienced this once going too far out in the sand where only a tractor could go and the car just became so tiny! Good that you had some strong men help you;-) Hey, maybe when I come visit you we can do that on purpose...hahaha
I´m really so sorry to hear about this medication. It seems like it´s quite a puzzle to get something that is very effective making you able to live "normally" what ever that is. Still I place my faith in science and all the discoveries and progress that is being made constantly. I´m certain you´ll benefit from it within few years, Michele. Just keep up your high spirit. I´m proud of you for doing so well despite all this trouble.

My Angel, you do not have a reason to apologize to me !!! I am the one who has to appologize ... I did not mean I would not comment your work, just wanted to say to you I can not find anything I do not like on it !!! And that is ... uf ... I really do not mind if I do see cars on the beach or if you do high key effect or not, or if you took this shot from this or that angle ... and if I do see much noise on your capture I just know you do not see it cause of your old monitor and that is something you will change with getting new one !!!
I told you before and I am telling you this now ... I do comment images I do like and so rare I do see something what really destructs me and only than I write it in order to help ... hey Angel, this is becoming a novel and I do not like this

I thank you so much for your kind comment and 'Miss Curiosity' ..the sign says no more cars beyond this point BUT is not in-forced bu anyone-Lol!
I actually got stuck last week in my car and had to be pulled out by 10 guys , or rather pushed...I was sooooo grateful for them to be so kind ...I was digging a hole like in the snow --- gezzzzzzz I was in a bad way- I think I will not try that again :))
I am having trouble working & taking the medication which is nothing new dear Annemette... so I take it every other day and don't know for sure how this helps or not I am so dumb ---or to put it another way the 'wires' in my head do not connect properly while taking the medication ...so it is taking loonger to get used to --- Grrrrrrrrrr Yet again :))

I like all of your work as well...I always have and still do ... they are always thought provoking - which is the 'BEST KIND' of image to see...IMHO
I don't think I will continue working this job much longer or only 2-3 days a week as just because I can do what the young ones do doesn't mean I SHOULD -Right ?

Wow Michele Im glad I caught this image! I love it!
Its really great! Excellent lovely colors yet like the
weather there is a harshness no it Im sure a lot due to
the noice which I really think works well for this image.
Yet in the back of my mind I felt warm spring/summer weather
and spring fevor that I had to play....hehe and knowing you dont mind when I do alittle playing so I washed this a bit is neat image noise program to see what a clean shot did as far as promote my notions about the better weather ect....
I think it did a great job! I think that makes this a very stronge image !!! Wonderful job and eye!

hehehe...just don't change lenses there dear Michele... first of all...secondly you take a taste about what happen here to my place...but here is not JUST the sand of the beach but the sand from the biggest desert of our planet...:-)
