About My nephew, the picture was taken a few years ago when he was about 15. He will make the girls cry I am sure.

Alan, come on...take note this was an old photo of Chris taken with that Kodak camera I had previously, and before I took real interest in what I was doing :-) Yeah it has flaws..many flaws in fact...no excuses :-) I can do better and will do when I get a model or two!

Young and handsome, just like his uncle Alan. But I'm in focus. Come on brother. Do you need me to give you another lesson... hehe

Good B/W Portrait, great light and pose. Should have been crop in bottom over the white in lower right and a bit more sharpen.

Really handsome. Sure girls will shout.
Maybe a bit sharper...
Was it a color or bw film?
Very good.

Thanks for your comments Matej. Your right about that white part of the T-shirt, I should have seen that as well as the shadow on the armchair, the fully thing is I removed the shadow down that side of his head! Also note that I took this picture with my old Kodak which was not the best!

Stuart, this is nicely composed, the crop suits well. At first I thought that the white spot on the T-shirt distracts, but I think I've changed my mind. Try running a black stroke around the image, though, it may separate that spot from the white frame.

The lighting is excellent, there are no shadows on your nephew's face (the shadow on the armchair is a bit strong, but it doesn't hurt the image all that much), the exposure is just right. His expression is pleasant and natural.

The pic could be sharper.
