OK, this is going to be a 'harsh' comment, so I hope you won't get offended or discouraged. Anyway, here's a list of things that I see as a problem in this photo.
1) The horizon is tilted and the ropes of the swing aren't vertical. You should have rotated the camera clockwise to get all those lines straight.
2) There is a distinct lack of contrast between the dress she's wearing and the plants behind her. The tones of her face are also very similar to the tones of the background and the sky. The thing that stands out most against the background is her right arm - that's probably not what you were trying to achieve. A different dress, and/or time of day, and/or levels/contrast adjustment in Photoshop would be desirable.
3) Her foot is cropped off at the bottom edge of the image. 99.9% of her left leg is hidden beneath the dress and behind her right leg. Also there's a small tree growing close next to the right rope, and her hand holding the rope is just between these two verticals, making it hard to see. You should have told her to try a different pose, or you shot this from a different angle and/or distance.
What you did get right I think is her facial expression and also the DOF. I'm also glad to see another person who does B&W people photos. Keep posting.
