Very nice composition. The setting sun creates a very pleasing lighting effect. I noticed the flag appears to be at half staff - was it being lowered for the day or was some mourning period being observed?

The image is well composed, details are sharp. I like the framing by the trees in the foreground. The yellow seems over saturated to me.
