Nice shot of a nice lighthouse.Still working? In the time of sonars,radars,GPS and all the others I do not know, a lighthouse looks like a monument of the past.
"My place" , is a technical test to my Nikon ,as there are two pictures,with diferent range of conditions and my camera did the job to treat both as it was each one a time.

Very nice job. I wonder why you chose a horizontal format here, though. I might have tried a vertical approach, perhaps getting a bit more of the base, to heighten the drama. Nicely seen.

My image "Union Brewery was shot a Virgina City NV. Excellent image and capture my favorite lighthouse to capture is at Point Reyes. Go there on any day but Monday or Tuesday for it is closed then. I hope you have clear weather. I have a been to the ocean both days on the weekend to get out of the heat but it was fog in.
