I think they take up too much frame. The girls who are moving are blurred but those standing still are quite crisp - but at f/2 1/30 what else could you do??? Are you sure it was f/2? The background seems quite crisp for that aperture. I might have angled up a bit, and angled to take in more of the aisle rather than the shop window. Less legs and more market might have brought out more of a sense of being in a particular location.

Wrong question. The subjects stand out quite sufficiently to be immediately seen and recognised as the main subjects. They are in focus, take up 90% of the frame, and wear lots and lots of red. What else would you want? :-)

As for the little background that is present, it's GOOD that it's busy. You need the busyness to establish the proper sense of location. Markets are busy places, and this is a trip to a market. So it makes sense for the environment to be busy. It helps tell the story.

Btw those expressions are great.
