I rather like the dark foreground, as it implies the photographer/viewer is crouching somewhere they perhaps ought not to be. I love the halo lights, too.
I like the mood created by the fog and I think the strongest element in the picture is the car's taillights.A little cropping of the bottom part might help,as the dark foreground is somewhat distracting,at least for my taste.A better alternative would be to include more of the sky and less of the ground in your composition,or just move -or zoom- closer. my regards,Kostas

the cloning thing....i have done seperate layers but i have problems with not cutting things correctly or close enough so that the other image may bleed through a bit not looking so clever...
so the layers just boggle me..i rarely use them but shouold...
