I may have cropped this one a little on the left. This shows me what a drag every day life can be sometimes. I think the exposure is excellent. From this beginner's eye's, you are becoming an excellent photographer.

Yes Christian the emotion is really there. I hate these rainy days when I dont't feel like going out "pour tout l'or du monde". This picture makes me fell that way. The two persons there help a lot to translate this feeling.

Yes Christian, we do need the grey tones as well. The people looking down here emphasize very well that everyday life is not always so colourful ... :)

Christian, I beleive you are right, making this black and white was a good choice for this scene. The lack of contrast doesn't take away form this shot at all.
