Thanks Aiman...this is so much better! I have nothing against laptops, only that mine is from two years ago and the screen is really bad...very poor definition and contrast and has a band running across the middle of it!! not ideal for PS methinks. Being new to photography i would also like to get my technique with the camera right first..before i get into manipulating everything on the computer! thanks again for your comments and help cheers

ha ha, it realy looks like an alien... and it is ok btw, to use a laptop, I'm using one here.. I did some quick dodging with ps, on the "whatchamacalits" hope you find it useful.

Thanks for the comments guys. I have another one shot a little closer than the first..the whatchamacalits are highlighted better, i think, in this one. Aiman, i will try in PS, but i am no good at digital manipulation and my monitor(i only have a laptop) sucks! cheers!

I love the concept, so strong graphically, but I feel it is somewhat taking me down, if you had a reflectors, directed to the upper tips of the (I don't know what is called) up ther, it would have kept the eye movement from up to down... like bright stars in the middle of the dark night... you know what i mean... you may check it by using PS, and see it your self. Just the tips. a

This is very nice. Good use of light.
Only slight nitpick - The stamens (??) could have used a little more light. But this is still very good.
