About This photo was shot around Labor Day this year at St Joseph, Michigan. I liked the muted colors of the sun sinking down through banks of distant clouds out over Lake Michigan and the diagonal line afforded by the decreasing height of the inner and outer light coupled with the line of the pier to lead the viewer's eye to the sun setting into the lake.

Beautiful Gary! A very artistic sunset image with the people watching the sun go down. This does not have the eye popping colors as the others have had (as you mentioned), but makes up for that with even better composition in my opinion. Nice one.

How do you like your F-5?? Easy to hand hold even in low light...I am sure you would agree!

Yikes, I forgot to say what I like most about the image. It is the people standing there. Great factor in the image! Makes it in my opinion.

This is gorgeous. The little bit of red reflected light at the top right really makes it special for me.

This is stunning. The people on the end really make the shot, and the colours are beautiful.

Thelighting is excellent - the compsotion moves my eye in and there's enough detail to keep me there - such a warm comfortable feeling
