The autumn colours were astonishing on this day and when we came across this view past ruined mine buildings to Crinkle Crags in the distance I was delighted. I found a spot where the little stream provided a lead in to the picture then braced myself with the camera handheld.
This could have been taken in the South Island of New Zealand Barry. It looks just like Central Otago. I think I would have included slightly more foreground and less sky, but that's just a personal preference. I am looking forward to the release of the Fuji S3. Would you buy the S2 again?
