Very beautiful colours, and great focus on the goose! Such funny long neck! The totally blurry geese in the background look really so cool too!

Wonderfull! The goose and the background needs some attention too, it's excellent! Did you take the picture like this, or did you paste the goose on a other work? Greets Tim.

Amazing, Dan. Great foreground subject, and I love the way you've implied the 'goosey-ness' in the background by the geese in sihouette.

Hi Dan,
The flock of geese in the background are a very nice touch; and I like the stretched out neck, following the diagonal. Excellently exposed! The red of the beak seems slightly over-saturated, almost looking like painted plaster, but the details in the feathers as well as this specific pose is very good. I like the open space on the left; it adds some room and stresses the motion / dynamism in the photo. Great depth of field, a very impressive shot!
Cheers,
Hugo

Wow! That is some close up. Did you crop this or was this the original capture. Great clarity, DoF and the exposure is perfect.
