About I just liked the lines of this structure, however I think I might have had the incorrect aperture. Shot too light maybe? All comments welcome please.

Very well captured, an excellent architectural photo project. Very clear, sharp, realistic - as it should be. Straightening it out would have been a good idea, because it appears that the camera was not perfectly horizontal, but that a minor detail. I believe it is not too light - good combination of shutter and aperture.
Greetings, Alex

Lynda, you have taken on a difficult subject to capture and have done a good job with it. I do agree with Emgy that the fence is distracting. Regards, Mike

Well seen and superbely captured, Lynda
I also like the lines a lot and no, I don't think it is too light
I have only one remark: there are a few elements here that I find a little distracting, like the fence on the bottom which is slightly tilted and the low colom on the right.
I have straightened the image in PS rotating it to the left (2 deg.) and then cropped the two distracting elements. I also sharpened the image slightly levelling it a little and giving it some contrast. I'm adding here how it turned out.
Yours is a good capture though and a very nice perspective
Well done, Lynda!
Regards - Emgy
