About This is a whopping eight shot panorama of the beautiful Mosedale from Dore Head. The fells here are some of the most beautiful in the Lake District.

well Barry, you certainly have a great feel for color and perspective, and I really do love your photography. The textures of water, sky, grain, and land come through so richly . . . enjoy your images and look forward to more.

Alas, the format here is so small. I would love to see this at its max size! Well done.

Awesome!
Very well composed and seamless.
I'm sure that you spent quiet sometime on this and the end result is awesome.
Very Impressed.
Best Regards

Phil, all Canon cameras seem to come with some software called PhotoStitch which does a damn fine job of lining up the images. So long as you have something reasonable defined within the overlap of each image it seems to work very well. You can then fine tune the overlaps and crop the end image as necessary.

Lovely panorama - would like to try my hand at this but I have a feeling it's pretty tricky? Would be interested to know how you manage to do one successfully. I have heard of special software that can take some of the effort out for you?.... :)

Wow, very spectacular. I love to do pans, and know just how hard it is to do an 8 shot one.
Bravo
