Oh..I see the camera data shows the flash is OFF..well, let me explain. I used my very old Sunpac 622 Pro strobe (from my old A1) with a PC cord..so the camera does not know it's plugged in. Sorry for any confussion...That's also why it's a bit to bright...manual mode...but, it has so much power for long distances. Thanks so much for your kind comments. Regards Bill C.

Again such lovely bird, and very beautiful colours! I was just about to say that perhaps flash was a little bit strong, but I just read that you didn't use flash, so I'm confused now. Anyway, lovely capture and very good timing with that maggot in the beak!
