This is a stronger photo, in my opinion. I'm not as inclined to crop out the dancer on the left because it's obvious that there's a row of dancers and you're focusing on one. I see what Rachel is saying, but it doesn't get in the way in this shot the way the foot did in the last one.
I would love to see you get a shot of the girls in front of mirrors.
Cute shot! I like the natural lighting and coloring.... it looks great! About the cropping on the left, if it wasn't black then it would be fine, but it sort of draws my attention towards it, so I think it would be good cropped out... but overall great shot!
