She is very pretty! Lovely capture of her! And... haha... lucky you who have a 19 years younger woman who also runs the mower! Isn't that what all men dreams of? ;-)
She seems to love her flowers, so I think she runs the mower because she is scared that you run over her flowers with it...hihi.

Something wrong with this picture Jim - you poor wife is having to do all the watering with a heavy watering can while you sit down ... possibly even with a drink in one hand and the camera in the other ;-)
Ok, what is the secret ?? lol
Seriously though Jim, this is a wonderful happy portrait with lovely colours and a good composition. Now get some macros of those beautiful plants your darling wife is encouraging to grow :-)

this is the reason that i like usefim...it is so much more then just great images...it has become a worldwide family to me. i find it a great privledge to get a insite into other photographers lives and family. HI to Misses C!!! it is a pleasure.
Man i wish i had the time to drive out and catch up to you on your trip it looks like you got some good images!
I really like the wide angle of the ol'e 18-70mm but i find i am now lusting over a fixed 12mm.....BUt Holy cow what $$$$$ to come up with!....might have to paint just a little more..;)

jim, so happy to see that you are also secure enough to allow your wife to do the mowing. my wife does one hell of a job too ;^) and she can mulch as well ;^) i'm lazy and she loves the exercise so it works out. i always wondered what the neighbors thought of that...

Great to meet your wife, and great to hear you say that she's your "best friend". That's exactly how it should be!!
Not sure that's she's all that sure about this photo though.
She seems to have a look in her eye that's saying, 'Now why would you want a picture of me watering the plants? What are you going to do with it? make sure I see it first!'

Lori, the Lady is a bit (19years) younger than me. Sooo she gets the mower most of the time for exercise. Not that I don't need it. We have a lot of rock as it is.
