Very very nice, Mark - the exposure is perfect and the subject is great. It's amazing how much light snow reflects. :)
One suggestion: there's a lot of noise in the sky (common with digital), and you might want to try NeatImage. There's a free version.

Thanks Sandra for your nice comments! I enjoyed looking at your work as well. I especially liked 'Looking Up' - the view of the maple tree in Autumn! Beautiful colours, the deep blue of the Autumn sky and the orange tones of the maple. Also, enjoyed the lighthouses very much.
