Thank u so much on extraordinary comments on my photos, trust me this comments are worth every effort I was making to do my photos.
On the other side, job u r doing in postprocessing is really outstanding. So professional and at the end one really pretty result. This photo is a prove. Keep going like this Evelyn. Fantastic!

Ev, I like the crackled rose very much, and the round shape is fine - don't like the placemat in the background though. Nice yellow rose, in Texas! :) Amy

It's really excellent thanks for sharing the secret. I like it round. I might have tried to cut the round out and give it a solid surrounding. Very clever.

Ah well -- the secret to the crackled finish is a double exposure with a picture I took of a plate that had that texture. I liked the round framing of the plate as well as its highlights and shading on the flower pic. It is proving to be a little controversial so I am happy to hear you liked it so well. Thanks!

I don't think I would have chosen the round-thing..but anyway..it's a great image. The rose is gorgeous...and the work is perfect..
