About	When a large bird flew over us, I thought to begin with it was a Heron. Then it started circling, and although we have Buzzards the tail wasn't right. It gave a magnificaent display swooping and pirouetting as it was being harrassed by other birds. But I only managed to capture it while it was gliding. A magnificent sight, notoften seen here.

I tried to catch a buzzard high in the sky with my new Canon 350D, but not that easy...I need some time to learn all....such a lovely picture..well done Neil.....ps I am not that much around lately I am very busy

That must've taken a lot of zoom and patience getting it into the frame! I like the crop with the bird high up. I wonder if it's the same kite as I saw up at Ashmansworth yesterday. Whatever, it's a great sight and you've captured it well.
