Thanks for critique!...hope and despair is my take on it with the light/dark and angle,so you are very perceptive...thought more would gravitate to this image because of the light,but thus far not the case...maybe too edgy?

I like the colors and the darkness of it. I think tilting it like that changes it into an irrational Kafka-esque barrier that just shouts confinement and suppression. It's a nice abstraction too, but it's very powerful and scary.

I like this but I was thinking it might look really great in B / W. If there's enough contrast cause of the dark background it might be a bit tricky. Mark
