The Dark Side Of The Moon feel to this - I could see a Pink Floyd song springing to life here. :) Well done on this Gayle. It's very dark yet very detailed all in one. Great!

hi, sorry you can't make out all of the various faces and creatures of the night...there is a little girl in center holding a strange bird-like creature and reflections of faces throughout as well as the more prominent ones...the concept is Grimm's fairytales come to life in the woods...it is only a portion of a previously posted image which i converted to B/W and then played with contrast to bring out the creatures...the noise from blowup helped with the creations and wish it was larger to show them better...thanks for checking it out,Angelo...

Hmmm... I can't see one face on lower left corner and something that reminds me of a cat in the center...
Sorry, this is too abstract for my underdevelop brain, Gayle. Interesting results, but I'm having difficulty "getting it".

More like taking bad acid (as if any acid is good) what a trip, Gayle. All that heavy fog congealing around that decaying log. The two black hole eyed creatures on either end seem to actually be trudging forward swinging their arms into view. Piglets growing from tree trunks and that little girl with that black hair and black dress with the victorian lace white collar, creepy to say the least. She actually looks like she is leaning forward and welcoming each new beast as they emerge. I don't know what is going to happen when they all arrive and circle around the little witch but it isn't going to be pretty. This is a fantastic dark piece of work and I love it.

One of your best Gayle. It's like you've just been practicing on your previous ones and this is the culmination of all our efforts. Brilliant.

Wow, this is great Gayle. You seem to have a knack for creating some eerie looking photos! ;) The BW tones are perfect for this type of atmosphere and it's amazing how all those faces showed up through your conversion. Great vision and excellent work!

Amazing!!! Really creepy those fairy tales can give you nightmares. Especially the ones that tell you about the prince, or the Knight in shining armour coming to wisk you away & save you and live happily ever... well you get the drift! :) Dottie

Exceptional Gayle - though in BW it comes across visceral. Like an X-Ray of some gothic painting. I think of Goya having a very good bad day! /H

This is really cool ! i think I've done pretty good with the faces so far. I found D.C. right away, C.R. was easy and Rove took a few minutes but that one came thru in the end. I'm having trouble finding the Big Mac Daddy but I know he's gotta be in there (unless he already left for the ranch). Oh well, a very original spooky CREEPY photo. Very well done, Mark The more I look at it the more I like it - into my favs

LOL...the piglet is actually in two places...one to the left semi-upper area with an arm out and the other is to the right which is barely there as a reflection...i should have uploaded it larger, but as critique only, there are size rules...a lot of noise created some of the faces with shadow and light...i selected and then clarified to bring out the faces more after i also used a mirror imagining effect to scatter more throughout the image...had this one sitting on hold and finally thought what the heck,i find it amusing and am a big fan of Grimm's tales...my moniker may become "Gruesome Gayle"!...LOL...thanks for comment and glad you like my strangeness ;>

Hey Gayle, I think Steven King is on the phone...wow, this is very very unusual...it looks like stuff from beyond and I still can't find the piglet...I'm scared to go to sleep now if that tells you anything about the creepy factor here...the tones are great and definitely adds to the scary factor for sure...remember how long it took to erase flashbacks from 'the exorcist'...well this could be similar...outstanding work my dear...whoooaa...really great effects and wonderful work....the composition is very well balanced, and a very complicated and interesting effect, I can see the remnants of the logs, but the faces, they are kind of like skull and crossbone images.....well done...:):)Linda
