Patrick I like the colour version a little more, but they are both good. In the colour the texture of the velvet dress gives an added soft gentle feel to the portrait. We have been trying some portrait work this weekend too, it isn't easy trying to get the right light etc. I think it is perfectly okay, but if you wanted to try just a little burning on the lighter side of her face to even it up. Obviously I don't know her colouring but I tried a pinky filter, mainly to bring out the beautiful dress, but I overdid it a bit or maybe should have done it in different layers, although it is not good, will attach for you see the difference. Margaret Sorry haven't been around much lately, so not been ignoring people- just not busy and not too well

Cute shot of her :) This would fit so perfectly with a alternative process or to shot with an Holga and added grain! Can you see my vision?
