nice one, hehe...even a bit small! haha... kidding, I like the composition of the "dead" plants against the colorfull petals, a shot that is somehow sad as a composition... full of fall emotions.

As to your normal, picky points >> YOU know this is how I learn. I appreciate them , each + everyone ..Ha! I really honestly do and I also appreciate you viewing my pictures at all with your expertise. One day , maybe many days from now you will find much better pictures from me. I just got photo shop and there is lots to learn but I am sure it will help until the new camera in August ! Yahooooo !

---As to my normal, picky points . . . I think the stick on the top center going over the petal should be cloned out or removed prior to shooting.
. . . this is a very nice and pleasing image. The petals are splashes of color and quite frankly I think the uneven BG lighting on and of pine needles . . . earthtones of various sorts . . . is great. Wouldn't try to change it at all!
---Some rose gave his or her all in the making of this photo though no pine needles were injured in the making of this photo. Very creative and pleasing . . . I'm impressed.

nice colors and execellent choice of background, the neutral colors of the hay greatly enhanced the colors of the petals. One thing i think might enchance the image more was if the lighting of the hay was more even.
