About
Sometimes a fresh vantage point makes an unusual, almost surreal shot. This is in Cliff Gilker Provincial Park in Roberts Creek, British Columbia on the west coast of Canada.
Yeah, Robert, you know, just BEING there IS half the fun, but if you don't bring home a picture to remind you of what you saw, it often just becomes a fading memory -- like, "Did I dream that or did it really happen?" kinda thing. Looking back on photos brings the FEELING of being there back to me, also. Thanx for taking the time to comment on this shot, Robert.
I like this perspective. I've occasionally used an 8mm fisheye to shoot up into tree canopies like this. The 180 degree coverage and circular image can produce some wild results. Nice job.
