This is a serendipitous shot. I was taking several shots of the fishermen and a bald eagle flies into the picture! I was at the right place at the right time -- the mouth of Chapman Creek on the Sunshine Coast of way western British Columbia, NW of Vancouver. I increased the contrast and color intensity slightly. I just took this today (Sept. 17).
Well, thank YOU, Steve! I looked at your portfolio also and there are some really interesting shots there -- an eclectic mix, but seemingly very telling of your personality. This shot was taken a few yards away from where I took my "Hovering Kingfisher" entry. I appreciate your kind comment, Steve.
