Really frightening the "freezin'" glance of the doll, it's , apparently, so "empity" so "lost"...
but, with her little smile (between the sad and the bitter), seems to animate herself and seem to want to attract my attention as to say: "come here u human! come here and carry me with you, I'm so unhappy here, I want to be like a real human....please save me".
By the way, great work:)
Best regards.

My man Erik. Another great one pal. I love the overlap of the reflections. The pattern that the hair creates really makes this image teriffic! Great job. I'd love to see this one blown up.

You present us with the most arresting of images. She captures us with that gaze like a fly in a spiderweb. We didn't even notice her until it was too late. Might as well surrender.

Thanks Ameed! I have actually done similar shots with live models in storefronts. Check out the portfolio.

Very nice try, two in one using a reflection, creative idea, actually i wonder how this picture would look like with a real model or person behind the glass, very well done, cheers,

Hey Erik,

okay this time, I guess it's a mannequin ;-)
the reflections and refractions work well together with the puppet... they cover a tad of the face and make it more mysterious thereby. it looks like the fragments inside her head, some thoughts, experiences in the past, fears inside her brain... minor thing for me is the red toning. I would go for a desaturated or even duplex version.
anyway, like it a lot.
take care,
thilo
